Here are some photos of Sa
Coma, Majorca which were submitted
by Tony. A big thanks to Tony for submitting his Sa Coma, Mallorca
photos! - here is Tony's Sa Coma review:
Sa coma,
in the east of the island is a quiet place, but great for families. The
main resort shops/bars are located on two main roads, with the Kings
Head, The Britannia & Delaney's the main bars. There is a large
supermarket (Carapbo) 5 minutes walk away, dubbed the Spanish Asda,
where most things could be bought, although the local Spar's were very
good.
The
Beach at Sa Coma is large and clean, although it can get very busy, with
not that many sun beds or parasols.
We
stayed in the Coma Gran Aparthotel, which is run exclusively by Thomson
as a superfamily hotel. The Hotel was very clean, the food was excellent
(the hotel has recently been awarded the 3rd best hotel restaurant in
Majorca), and the hotel entertainment was ideal for kids and grown ups
alike.
The
resort is closely linked to S'illot, which is only 20 mins walk away. A
motorised train (see pictures) is a great way to travel between the
resorts S'illot - Sa Coma - Cala Millor - Cala Bona.
Overall
the hotel is an ideal place for families who like a quite quiet relaxing
holiday.
