Here are some photos of
Toronto, Canada that
were submitted by Adam. A big thanks to Adam for submittinghis
Toronto, Canada photos.
Here is Adam's review of
Toronto in Canada:
I did not spend a lot of
time in Toronto, but had I spent any longer, there was a good chance I may have
fallen in love with the place. This is arguably the biggest, fastest, trendiest
city in Canada, and yet it still manages to maintain that air of Canadian
cool. Nothing feels too stressful, despite the abundance of bars, restaurants,
shops, theatres (and there are a lot of these in the entertainment district),
etc. As well as these, the Rogers Centre hosts a lot of big sporting events, in
particular baseball, and the CN Tower is the tallest free standing building in
the world, and worth a trip to the top (if you don’t mind queuing for over an
hour).
At the
bottom of the downtown area is a wonderful, tranquil harbour, which offers
people a place to relax. There is also Toronto Islands, only a short boat
ride away. All in all, I think Toronto may be as close to Canada gets to
fast paced living, and for that reason, it is worth a visit.
