I was only in Boston for a few hours, so didn’t get a chance to enjoy much of what was on offer. However, it was there long enough to realise that this is a very unique American city, and it feels completely different from the other cities I have visited in the states. Even the downtown layout is different from the usual grid style downtowns in the US usually adopt (be warned, this makes it a little easier to get lost).

Boston also seems to have more history than any other American city; there is a yellow brick path which you can follow to see all of the famous landmarks. This tour of the city can occupy hours if you find it interesting enough.
Aside from the historical side of the city, I only got to see Quincy Market (which is apparently very famous), and enjoy some of the many foods on offer in the market. Unfortunately, we did not have a chance to enjoy the nightlife of Boston, and for that reason, as well as others, I will one day return to this fine city.
